First published by Xlibris in January of 2007, author L. W. Berrie has gone on to write a sequel for what has become his Strike at the Heart series, a modern adventure that is a compelling blend of sci-fi, current events, and the romantic African adventure; his books have garnered its fair share of awards from the London Book Festival, the DIY Book Festival in Hollywood and the New York Book Festival, all in 2007.
